THE BIG IDEA
We believe travel awakens leaders. We know that talent is equally distributed, but opportunity is not.
Nyah Project bridges systemic opportunity gaps for youth from underserved backgrounds through tech enabled college access strategy coaching and transformative leadership fellowships abroad, typically to sub-Saharan Africa or Southeast Asia, including Ghana, Namibia, South Africa, Rwanda, and Indonesia.
We know our model works! 100% of Nyah Fellows attend college and over 90% win scholarships - accumulating over $11 million in scholarships since 2014. 95% of our fellows attribute their Nyah Project Fellowship as critical to their successful college matriculation.
