FIRST STOP IN LONDON TOWN
What a better sight at which to awaken than London! We’re breaking up the insanely long flight to Namibia with a full day layover in London.
We only have a few hours in the city. So, the best way to get to the must-see sites is to navigate via the Tube, otherwise known as the Underground.
Despite a frantic race back to Heathrow Airport to catch our red-eye flight to Johannesburg, we had a chance to take in most of the major highlights, including the London Eye, Tower Bridge, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace (watching the changing of the guard was so cool); Greenwich Observatory, and Piccadilly Circus.
